These terms describe how the Lube.Go service works: what we do, how we take requests and when a request counts as confirmed.
What we do
We find and book services from our partners: restaurant tables, transfers, accommodation, beauty and spa, health, flowers, tickets and everyday errands. You send a request — we find the options and arrange everything into a ready answer.
How to send a request
- On the site: the “Book” button opens a form — your name, contact and the details of the request.
- On Telegram: the chat bot takes your request as a message when the task is unusual.
After that we contact you through the channel you gave us.
Prices and payment
The price on a place card is indicative: it depends on the date, the number of guests and the partner’s terms. We give the exact price before confirming the request. Payment follows the partner’s terms — we tell you about them together with the confirmation.
Confirmation and cancellation
A request is confirmed once we have replied and agreed the details. Until then the booking is not guaranteed.
You can cancel free of charge while the request is not confirmed. After confirmation the partner’s cancellation rules apply — we always tell you about them in advance.
Responsibility
We are responsible for the arrangement: finding the option, agreeing with the partner, passing your request on and warning you about possible changes. The quality of the service itself is provided by the partner — if something goes wrong, message us and we will help sort it out.
Personal data
We process request data as described in the “Privacy Policy”: we use it to fulfil your request and never sell it.
