Lube.Go

Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Lube.Go receives when you send a request and what we do with it. We collect the minimum — only what is needed to fulfil your request.

What we collect

  • Your name — to know how to address you.
  • A contact (phone or Telegram) — to reply to your request.
  • Request details: date, time, number of guests, address or route, indicative amount, comment.
  • The service and place you picked on the site.

We collect nothing else: there is no sign-up, no profiles and no analytics scripts on the site.

Where the data is stored

Requests are stored in the site database on our server. Only the service administrator has access to them, through a password-protected admin panel.

Who the data is shared with

The administrator gets a Telegram notification about each new request. To send it, the request data — name, contact, service, place, date, time and comment — is passed to Telegram. If you message our chat bot, that conversation also runs through Telegram.

We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in the database as long as they are needed for the service: to fulfil the request and to sort out any follow-up questions. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.

Your rights

Message us (contacts at the bottom of the page) — we will tell you what data we hold, correct it or delete it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors: there is no analytics and no ad trackers here. Technical cookies are used only by the administrator to sign in to the admin panel.
